By using UGCly you agree to these terms. UGCly provides AI-generated creator-style video tools for marketing and commercial use, subject to your plan's usage limits. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are charged at the start of each billing period. Refunds are handled in line with the offer shown at checkout and applicable law. Usage limits, credits, and features vary by plan.
You retain ownership of product information, uploads, and briefs you submit. You grant UGCly a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the service, including generating, storing, and delivering videos you request.
You represent that you have the rights needed to use any content you upload and that your videos will not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Subject to your plan and payment status, you may use videos created through UGCly for commercial and marketing purposes, including ads, social media, and client work, unless otherwise stated at purchase. UGCly does not claim ownership of your finished exports.
You may not use UGCly to create misleading, illegal, or harmful content; impersonate real individuals without permission; generate deepfakes intended to deceive; promote hate, violence, or unlawful activity; or attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring your videos comply with applicable advertising rules, platform policies, and disclosure requirements for sponsored or AI-generated content.
Videos are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or running paid campaigns.
We aim to keep UGCly available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UGCly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits, campaign performance, or business interruption.
You may stop using UGCly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that creates legal or security risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
